K3b is a CD and DVD burning application for Linux systems optimized for KDE. It provides a comfortable user interface to perform most CD/DVD burning tasks, such as creating an audio CD from a set of audio files or copying a CD. While the experienced user can influence all steps of the burning process, the beginner may find comfort in the automatic settings and the reasonable defaults which allow a quick start. The actual burning is done by the command line utilities cdrecord, cdrdao, and growisofs.
Soprano (formerly known as QRDF) is a library that provides a highly usable object-oriented C++/Qt4 framework for RDF data. It uses different RDF storage solutions as backends through a simple plugin system. Soprano is targetted at desktop applications that need a RDF data storage solution. It has been optimized for easy usage and simplicity.
Re: K3b Setup? no, it won't increase performance, but increases the stability of the burn process. On many systems burning fails if cdrecord does not run with root privs. But if it works ...
Re: K3b Is Great thanks. :)
Re: K3b Setup? try kdesu kcmshell k3bsetup2 or simply as root kcmshell k3bsetup2 k3bsetup is now a kcontrolcenter module. Since you are using gnome finding it is indeed quite hard. ;)
Re: The Best ! :)) Thanx.
