Stretch every 15 minutes!
I'm a physical therapist and I've been seen a few cases like yours. What is important is that you take care of yourselves people! When typing a lot - stretch your wrists atleast every 15 minutes and make a habit of it. This works best before you get problems. When you do try Active Release Techniques (www.activereleasetechniques.com). That works wonders for carpal tunnel syndrome and other repetitive stress problems.
Just a tip...
