The CD-Net-Install-HOWTO describes the procedure for creating a CD-ROM which provides DHCP and TFTP services to ease the installation of many identical Linux boxes. Once plugged to the local network, these computers will boot via a PXE network bootable NIC and get all software from the server that has been booted from the CD-ROM.
[Amos-Effect] parses and visualizes mobile phone connection data provided by O2 in the form of downloadable CSV files. [Amos-Effect] calculates mobile phone charges on a global and monthly basis. [Amos-Effect] also determines average charges derived from the pre-calculated sums. [Amos-Effect] visualizes these stats by textual and by graphical means (using perl's libgd module).
Future plans regarding dbox2Tradio..
The next update for dbox2Tradio will be a complete rewrite using python 2.4 and is already in coding phase. Faster, better, newer, nicer.. The bash script used to be a prototype. As with prototypes they usually last long. But in this case it was also bloated, inefficient and ugly (from a programmers pov at least).
The rewrite dbox2TradioNG.py will fix it. :-)
Be prepared, you've been warned!
