I wouldn't mind gpl win32 apps on freshmeat proper IF they were ports/variants of *nix apps, then, as indicated by others, it would only entail an added comment and/or download link, as needed.
As for win32-only apps. No. Those would be better posted to
a win32-specific freshmeat sister site. A possible alternative
would be to allow for configurable display. I don't wish to
wade thru a bunch of useless win32-only apps to get to the items
of real interest...the linux stuff.
There is a lot of software out there. It will make fm unwieldy and
much slower to load up for many if you start sticking extraneous
win32 apps on it as well as everything else.
