XJRT is an open source Java renderer with a ray tracing backend. Objects can be fed into the renderer either through Java or an XML-based scene description language. Shaders can be written in Java and are instanced using the reflection API. The renderer currently supports a variety of polygons, polygon model formats (3ds, DXF, OBJ, and OFF), spheres and other quartics, cubic patches, heightfields, boxes, torii, blobbies, algebraic surfaces, constructive solid geometry (CSG), and a variety of light sources. Support code is provided for doing tiling, bump mapping, noise based texturing, camera based motion blur, and depth of field.
The Legion of the Bouncy Castle Java Cryptography API provides a lightweight cryptography API in Java, a provider for the JCE and JCA, a clean-room implementation of the JCE 1.2.1, generators for Version 1 and Version 3 X.509 certificates, generators for Version 2 X.509 attribute certificates, PKCS12 support, and APIs for dealing with S/MIME, CMS, OCSP, TSP, CMP, CRMF, EAC, DVCS, OpenPGP, DTLS, and TLS. Versions are provided for the J2ME, and JDK 1.0-1.7.
Lock Box Labs PGP Tools comprise two command line tools and associated ant tasks for manipulating Open PGP key rings and performing encryption, signing, key generation, and certification operations. The toolkit is fully written in Java and the lbpg-tools jar provided with the distribution and the source code will work with JDK 1.4 or later. The toolkit is built on the Bouncy Castle APIs.
