Disko is a user interface application framework for the fast and simple development of flexible applications on embedded Linux systems, with a particular focus on interactive user interfaces. It is high-performance and easy to learn, and due to its architecture is well suited to creating complex applications.
KeyFrog monitors the keyboard and visualizes its usage statistics. The user can obtain much information about keyboard activity: the intensity of keyboard usage, how was it distributed in time, which applications were used, etc. This may be very useful, for example, to developers to monitor their productivity. The environment being monitored is the X Window System (text applications are explicitly supported if run inside an X terminal).
The aim of LucED is to be a fast and responsive X11 text editor with a simple but powerful user interface similar to NEdit. It uses Lua as an embedded scripting language, and features syntax highlighting that is configurable via PCRE regular expressions with arbitrarily nested patterns.
Oboinus is X11 background previewer and setter. In normal working mode, Oboinus provides an interface that helps you to choose a picture to be set as the background. When the --restore option is passed, it sets the background that it has a configuration for and exits immediately (for use in .xinitrc/.xsession or your WM startup files).
The qpfcalc application is a Qt frontend for pfcalc, a CLI pipe friction calculator. It is similar to gpfcalc, the GTK+ frontend for pfcalc. There are two versions of qpfcalc, one for Windows and one for Linux. The Linux version should be easy to compile and run on any Unix-like operating system with few minor modifications. For the application to function properly the pfcalc backend must be installed. For the Windows version, this is not needed as qpfcalc is distributed along with all the files needed to run, including pfcalc and Qt libraries.
QuickTile is a simple attempt to duplicate the basic functionality of WinSplit Revolution for users who don't like the Compiz Grid plugin. It should work on any X11 desktop with PyGTK 2.2+, a window manager that supports the modern range of NETWM hints, and (if you want internal keybinding) python-xlib.
