Moose is a framework for getting XML into and out of Java software. It integrates easily with Spring, Spring Web Services, or plain Java applications. It will generate an XML schema which describes your mapping configuration. Spring Web Services can wrap Moose's schema generator, creating a nice stack for simple, rapid development of SOAP Web services in Java.

XRDL is a language and tools for automatic client generation for XML-RPC services. It provides a way to create simple service definitions for XML-RPC services. It is inspired by WSDL, but aims for ease of use in the spirit of XML-RPC. It supports exporting complex (recursive) types, as well as methods. It includes a number of tools, allowing automatic XRDL generation for servers and clients written in PHP or C++/Qt.

WSF Staff is Web Service Framework for C++, AJAX, and J2ME that is based on Apache Axis2/C. WSF Staff wraps Apache Axis2/C code into C++, and also provides many additional features: a stateful Web services implementation in C++ with instance support, a synchronous and asynchronous client implementation in C++, AJAX, and J2ME, a service-component architecture implementation, support for RESTful Web services and clients, WSDL support with xsd import and export, J2ME client support (based on ksoap), a flexible and extensible code generator to generate any sort of Web service related source code (not only in C++), security support (users, groups, sessions, ACLs, etc.), and a Web application toolkit (webapp) with widget support.
