PDB2PQR is a Python software package that automates many of the common tasks of preparing structures for continuum electrostatics calculations, providing a platform-independent utility for converting protein files in PDB format to PQR format. These tasks include adding a limited number of missing heavy atoms to biomolecular structures, determining side-chain pKas, placing missing hydrogens, optimizing the protein for favorable hydrogen bonding, assigning charge and radius parameters from a variety of force fields.

XMail Queue Manager gives you control over an XMail Server's multi-level nested mail queue. You can use it to track messages in their different states (sending, resending, and frozen). Statistics tell you about the number of spooled messages. You can sort entries by any column header field, and can start and stop the server directly. The cross platform remote control feature allows you to manage queues on remote servers without a GUI.

The aim of the Casetta project is to provide a collection of software to open, edit, convert, and transfer data with a Casio graphical calculator. For the moment, it provides three programs. PyJflash is a Japanese flashcard viewer, conversion utility, and editor. It loads over 15 different file formats, including Edict, Kanjidic, and tab-separated TXT with automatic encoding detection. It can print and save HTML with a choice between word lists, unknown words, and words that either have or haven't been displayed. Popups give meanings and readings of Kanji and unknown words with On, Kun, and English readings on separate lines. Unknown words are weighted and show up more often if wrong more than once.
