tk500 is a multiplatform programming and cloning utility for the portable Yaesu VR-500 receiver. It can read the memory image from the radio, display the information graphically, and save it to a file. It can import information from an RT Systems .RDF file and export memory channel information to a .CSV (comma-separated values) file. Users are free to change most settings and write the memory image back to the receiver. tk500 exploits undocumented features within the radio.
SDB (show database) is a utility to manage a collection of tradeable live shows. It features a browseable list of shows, and the ability to compile special interest lists and import or export from/to various formats, including plain text, CSV, HTML, and PDF. XML files are used to store all data. Future goals include the implementation of some BitTorrent features, especially the creation of torrent files, and some network features to share information about a recorded show.
Block Locally Optimal Preconditioned Eigenvalue Xolvers (BLOPEX) is a package, written in C and MATLAB, that includes an eigensolver implemented with the Locally Optimal Block Preconditioned Conjugate Gradient Method (LOBPCG). BLOPEX supports parallel MPI-based computations. BLOPEX is incorporated in the HYPRE package and is available as an external block to the PETSc package. Its main features are a matrix-free iterative method for computing several extreme eigenpairs of symmetric positive generalized eigenproblems; a user-defined symmetric positive preconditioner; robustness with respect to random initial approximations, variable preconditioners, and ill-conditioning (up to 10^16) of the stiffness matrix; and apparently optimal convergence speed.
BeQunge is an n-dimensional code editor, interpreter, and debugger for the Funge programming language. Instructions in Funge are represented by single characters, and the program counter is a vector. The code editor is based on OpenGL and is able to display any number of dimensions. Concurrent Funge is supported, allowing for forking and multiple instruction pointers. A debugger is integrated. It also features sound effects.
