libUTL++ is a C++ class library that includes a wide range of highly re-usable functionality and abstractions. It uses templates in some places, but generally favors an object-oriented design. The library covers functionality in areas such as containers, text processing, memory allocation, date/time manipulation, stream I/O, data compression, and others. It also includes abstractions to facilitate common tasks such as object copying, comparison, serialization, etc.
tk10 is open source, multi-platform software for configuring the ICOM IC-R10 portable receiver. It lets you read a memory image from the receiver or a file, view and change settings using a graphical interface, and sort memory channels by frequency or by label. Users can import and export memory channel data from CSV files. tk10 can then write the image from the computer back to the radio.
PyWBEM is a Python library for making CIM operations over HTTP using the WBEM protocol. It is based on the idea that a good WBEM client should be easy to use and not necessarily require a large amount of programming knowlege. It is suitable for a large range of tasks from simply poking around to writing Web and GUI applications.
Wiseman is an implementation of the WS-Management specification for the Java SE platform. The project scope includes the WS-Management specification and its dependent specifications, which can be found at http://www.dmtf.org/standards/wbem/wsman/. The project requires Java SE 5+ or above, and is built on JAXB 2.0 and SAAJ 1.3 (part of the JAX-WS project). Ant scripts for standalone and Netbeans builds are supplied.
