OpenCD Redux is fork of the OpenDisc project that aims to provide a large set of quality open source applications for Windows users. It is actually a build tree designed to make it easy to create your own branded versions of the CD, for give-aways to schools, businesses, or other local community groups. It also aims to always fit on a CD, given their ubiquity with all computer users.
libUTL++ is a C++ class library that includes a wide range of highly re-usable functionality and abstractions. It uses templates in some places, but generally favors an object-oriented design. The library covers functionality in areas such as containers, text processing, memory allocation, date/time manipulation, stream I/O, data compression, and others. It also includes abstractions to facilitate common tasks such as object copying, comparison, serialization, etc.
ColorPicker is a red-green-blue color picker with very good precision that integrates with any interface, allowing it to change on the fly. It is designed to work within a graphical component to allow the user a more accessible and flexible interface, and can be applied to regions or text. It is fully compatible with applets designed with the old JDK 1.1 and compatible with any Java Container. Each of red, green and blue are selected according to the full 256 color scale.
SDB (show database) is a utility to manage a collection of tradeable live shows. It features a browseable list of shows, and the ability to compile special interest lists and import or export from/to various formats, including plain text, CSV, HTML, and PDF. XML files are used to store all data. Future goals include the implementation of some BitTorrent features, especially the creation of torrent files, and some network features to share information about a recorded show.
This class is meant to generate graphical percentage bars made with star icons. It can be used to present the results of poll systems on which the generated percentage bars represent relative values of each poll choice. The class comes in two versions: one for drawing large stars and another for small stars. Several presentation details may be configured, like the star colors and the number of stars to present for 100% bars. The class generates the star bar images in PNG format.
