tich is a "Today In Computing History" Google Gadget that displays an event in history for each day of the year. You'll find out things like: "What joke did Grace Hopper pull the day after the 'first actual bug' was found in the Mark I?" and "Where did the term 'virus' come from?". It can also be used on your own Web site.
This is a simple command-line utilitiy to convert images from TIFF to PNG format. It is primarily useful in dealing with TIFF images that contain alpha channels (transparency information), since the NetPBM suite is (currently) ill-suited for such conversions. A few test images are included.
timeplotters is a collection of command line tools for visualizing temporal data. It is especially useful for visualizing data from ad-hoc program logs, helping you to spot patterns and anomalies that you would not otherwise see by just watching how the program works or by looking at the logs with the naked eye. Its input format is tailored to event types typically seen in program logs, and the visualization methods are tailored to the questions typically asked about program performance (e.g. distribution of activity durations).
tinyHeb is a Web application for midwives in Germany to do the legal accounting with the health insurance companies. tinyHeb can produce paper and electronic bills, and meets the legal requirements of §301a, §302 SGB V, resp. tinyHeb is already certified by AOK Rheinland, AOK Bayern, and ARZ Emmendingen, which means that the midwife is allowed to send electronic billings to all AOK and the most BKK's in Germany after a very short testing (three bills). Paper bills can be sent for insurance companies that are not supported.
tk10 is open source, multi-platform software for configuring the ICOM IC-R10 portable receiver. It lets you read a memory image from the receiver or a file, view and change settings using a graphical interface, and sort memory channels by frequency or by label. Users can import and export memory channel data from CSV files. tk10 can then write the image from the computer back to the radio.
tk120 is a multiplatform programming and cloning utility for the portable Yaesu VR-120 receiver. It can read the memory image from the radio, display the information graphically, and save it to a file. Memory channels may be exported to or imported from a .CSV (comma-separated values) file.
