Emaigos imports Google contacts and calendars into Emacs. Contacts are stored in a Big Brother Database (BBDB) file, which makes them usable with many Emacs email packages, like Gnus. Google calendars are stored as a single Org-mode file, so events may be viewed as a structured document and possibly shown within an Agenda view. With Emaigos, it's possible to use Google as a contacts and calendars manager, while having all the same data available within Emacs. The original Google contacts and calendars are not modified in any way by Emaigos. The name "Emaigos" is an acronym for "EMAcs Importer for GOogle Stuff".
Web4thejob is a Java framework for rapid development of data-centric Web applications. It is ideal for those who seek a component-based event-driven full-stack Web development framework capable of producing elegant desktop-style Web applications which can automate any business domain. The framework addresses the automation needs of business domains by introducing "joblets". A joblet is the equivalent of an app on a mobile platform. Similarly to mobile apps which can turn a cellular phone to a social meeting point, a game console, or TV set (i.e., the smartphone), joblets can turn Web4thejob into a Web application suitable for any business domain.
Smooth Build is a build tool which provides a functional language which lets you describe a build process in a simple and readable way. A build script for a simple Java program can be as simple as "app.jar: files("src") | javac | jar;" All built artifacts are cached and indexed (hashed) using the sha1 of the expression (function name and its arguments) which returned a given artifact. This way, Smooth never builds the same artifact twice.
