ChaiScript is an embedded scripting language designed from the ground up to directly target C++ and take advantage of modern C++ development techniques. Being a native C++ application, it has some advantages over existing embedded scripting languages. It uses a header-only approach, which makes it easy to integrate with existing projects. It maintains type safety between your C++ application and user scripts. It supports a variety of C++ techniques including callbacks, overloaded functions, class methods, and STL containers.
G4L is a hard disk and partition imaging and cloning tool. The created images are optionally compressed, and they can be stored on a local hard drive or transferred to an anonymous FTP server. A drive can be cloned using the "Click'n'Clone" function. G4L supports file splitting if the local filesystem does not support writing files larger than 2GB. The included kernel supports ATA, serial-ATA, and SCSI drives. Common network cards are supported. It is packaged as a bootable CD image with an ncurses GUI for easy use.
FFmpeg is a tool for converting audio, video, and subtitles. It includes libavcodec, the leading open source codec library. It also includes libavformat (implementing muxers and demuxers), libswscale (for very fast video scaling), and libavfilter (an advanced video filter system supporting arbitrary filter graphs), and libavutil (a utility library intended to supplement libc). A simple multimedia player is included too. An experimental streaming server for live broadcasts is also included.
