SQLCipher provides fully transparent encryption of SQLite databases. SQLCipher is a specialized build of the SQLite database that performs transparent and on-the-fly encryption. Using SQLCipher, an application uses the standard SQLite API to manipulate tables using SQL. Behind the scenes, the library silently manages security, making sure that data pages are encrypted and decrypted as they are written to and read from storage. SQLCipher relies on the peer-reviewed OpenSSL library for several encryption requirements, including the AES-256 algorithm, pseudo random number generation, and PBKDF2 key derivation.

CorsixTH is a clone of Theme Hospital. As computers evolve, we risk losing some classic games. Bullfrog's Theme Hospital, published in 1997, is a classic simulation game, but getting it to run natively on modern operating systems is getting progressively harder. CorsixTH aims to reimplement the game engine of Theme Hospital, and to be able to load the original game data files. This means that you will need a purchased copy of Theme Hospital, or a copy of the demo, in order to use CorsixTH. After most of the original engine has been reimplemented, the project will serve as a base from which extensions to the original game can be made.
Indigo is a universal organic chemistry toolkit. It contains tools for end users, as well as a documented API for developers. It is based on a cheminformatics library that incorporates a number of unique algorithms developed by GGA Software Services, as well as some standard algorithms well known in the cheminformatics world. The API allows developers to integrate Indigo into their C/Java/C#/Python projects. Two Indigo-based Java GUI applications are provided: Legio (combinatorial chemistry) and chemdiff (visual comparison of two SDF or SMILES files). Three Indigo-based command line utilities written in plain C are provided: indigo-depict (molecule and reaction rendering utility), indigo-cano (canonical SMILES generator), and indigo-deco (R-Group deconvolution utility).
Oxygen XML Diff is a complete solution for comparing and merging XML files. It offers both directory and file comparison, six different diff algorithms, and multiple levels of comparison. The comparison can also be performed inside ZIP-based archives (ZIP, JAR, ODF, OOXML). Oxygen XML Diff includes two specialized XML-aware comparison algorithms: XML Accurate, tuned for precise comparison, and XML Fast, tuned for speed at the expense of some accuracy.
Siam Quantum (SQ) is a quantum chemistry program that calculates wave function and total energy of molecules. It currently supports Hartree-Fock and MP2 methods using Gaussian-type basis functions. Geometry optimization is also possible. The source code is well documented because it was initially designed for academic purposes so that students can easily understand. However, Siam Quantum can also produce high quality results for research purposes because the energies calculated are comparable to the ones produced by other software packages such as Gaussian or GAMESS, with the errors in the order of 10^-6 Hartrees, which can be further reduced with more strict cut-off.
