The FIX message viewer is a set of Ruby scripts that parse FIX (Financial Information eXchange protocol) messages to display them in a more human-readable format. The viewer can only parse FIX messages in a file or from STDIN. It also expects a full FIX message on each line. The FIX message can be prepended with a timestamp, but this will be ignored. The output is colored to make it easier to read, and the MsgType field is highlighted. The log viewer works on the command line only, and requires that Ruby is installed.
DeveelDB is an embedded SQL database management system for .NET, implementing all the features of the SQL92 specifications (transactions, triggers, procedures, functions, etc.). The aim is to provide .NET and Mono developers with a fully functional, powerful, and embeddable database system that can be used in several contexts, managing small to large amounts of data.
Pool Table Viewer creates database views that allow access to pooled tables directly from Oracle. SAP stores lookup and reference tables in a format known as pooled tables. These keep the data stored in a COBOL/ABAP record format, and the data is not normally readable from Oracle directly. This viewer can be useful for integration software, where there would not be a requirement to write ABAP interface code to access the SAP data. This works with any SAP R3 system with an Oracle database backend.
RayFeedReader is a PHP class to retrieve and display feed content from a given URL. It can read feed content into an array, and supports RSS 0.91, RSS 0.92, RDF, RSS 2.0, and Atom feeds. It can detect the feed type automatically, or it can be set manually. A pluggable HTML widget rendering class is supported. The HTML widget can be rendered through the optional RayFeedWidget class or your own extended class. It is easily configurable and can work without any configuration. It is simple and easy to use from anywhere in your application with a single line of code. It supports the Singleton pattern and is light weight.
The Artificial SEM Image Generator (artimagen) library generates artificial scanning electron microscope (SEM) and helium-ion microscope images of various samples, including gold-on-carbon resolution samples and some semiconductor structures. Numerous effects that appear in real SEMs are simulated (noise, drift-distortion, edge-effect, etc.), which enables assessment of imaging, metrology, and other techniques that work with SEM micrographs. Unlike the real SEM images, the artificial images exhibit defined types and amounts of these effects, which is their key advantage.
VRaptor3 is a fully-fledged Java Web framework focused on fast development and maintainable code. It intends to make RESTful application development easy. A resource corresponds to a business logic annotated with its path and HTTP method. It runs inside DI Containers (Spring or Pico out of the box) and, therefore, enables full integration with them. Also, using Hibernate is easier: its session is automatically injected by VRaptor, so you just have to use it. VRaptor3 is refactor-friendly, especially in its redirecting configuration. It is also nicely extensible.
NNDB is a C++ library that provides in-memory data storage and retrieval using syntax that is intended to feel natural for C++/STL, but which also might feel slightly like SQL if you squint and pound the top of your head with a seminal programming textbook. Columns types are fixed at compile-time and checked by the compiler.
