FFmpeg is a tool for converting audio, video, and subtitles. It includes libavcodec, the leading open source codec library. It also includes libavformat (implementing muxers and demuxers), libswscale (for very fast video scaling), and libavfilter (an advanced video filter system supporting arbitrary filter graphs), and libavutil (a utility library intended to supplement libc). A simple multimedia player is included too. An experimental streaming server for live broadcasts is also included.
The KFramework is a Java/Swing framework for distributed/Web applications implementing the SOFEA/SOUI architecture and domain driven design. Under this approach the application leverages the power of personal computing for a true MVC platform, while reducing infrastructure costs and risks.
usb4java is a Java library for accessing USB devices. The low-level part is based on the native libusb 0.1 shared library and reflects this API as completely as possible. Java NIO buffers are used for data exchange between libusb and Java. The high-level part implements the javax.usb standard (JSR-80). Supported platforms are Linux (x86 32/64 bit), Mac OS X (x86 32/64 bit, PowerPC 32 bit) and Windows (x86 32/64 bit), but other platforms supported by Java 6 and libusb may work by compiling the JNI library manually.
CoreTML framework is a template configuration system. It is based on the idea of parametrized templates that are created by inserting special content into source code files. These templates can later be used to generate output files depending upon parameters chosen by the user. CoreTML framework was created primarily to provide a platform for the design and deployment of semiconductor IP cores on a hardware description language (HDL) level (i.e. VHDL or Verilog).
ScrumDo is a Web application to manage your agile Scrum based projects. It gives you the tools to create and track user stories in your project. Some features include automatic burn-up charts, drag and drop iteration planning, the ability to export to Excel, edit your stories, and import your changes back in, a history tool to track where you've been, and a predictions tool for looking ahead. Multiple scrum teams are supported off a single backlog.
EBuild is a software project build, dependency management, and reporting technology. The aim is to be able to tackle any build problem in a structured, declarative, and elegant way. It is written in Java, but can be used to build all manner of projects and is extensible via a plugin interface. It is best compared to something like Maven (and in some respects Ivy). It aims to overcome certain design flaws and the resultant unnecessary complexity. The EBuild build model is general, but plugins need to be written in a JVM compatible language. Existing plugins all deal with the Java ecosystem, so EBuild is most suitable for Java and mixed technology software projects.
VectorGraphics2D can export Java painting operations to Encapsulated PostScript (EPS), Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG), or Portable Document Format (PDF) files. It supports the rendering of all geometric shapes provided by the Java language. More advanced features like transparency or clipping paths can be used as well. It has a very small footprint and can be easily used as a replacement for Java's java.awt.Graphics2D class.
