KTorrent is a BitTorrent application that allows you to download and share files using the BitTorrent protocol. Trusion is a physical intrusion system that uses users' Webcams to detect motion, which serves as an indicator to start recording video. Optionally, users can choose to have the program upload the videos to an FTP server in the unfortunate event your computer gets stolen or the perpetrator manages to delete the user's local video files. This is a very new project that is enthusiastically welcoming new contributors and their ideas. This project was build using Qt and OpenCV.

Embedded Profiler is low-overhead C++ profiler based on automatic instrumentation of functions done by the compiler (GCC, MinGW, or MSVC). Profiling can be done either automatically or manually. Automatic profiling generates a complete call tree and needs no modification of code. Manual profiling requires using the EProfiler API to specify the parts of code to be profiled. The resulting log can be opened in Performance Analyzer, a GUI application with several views designed for comfortable log analysis.

ImageVis3D is a volume rendering application specifically designed to render large data sets. This is achieved by splitting the data set into multiple levels of detail (LoD), with each level itself decomposed into multiple bricks (atomic rendering primitives). Interaction occurs at the coarsest LoD, which can be rendered instantaneously on almost all modern systems. After a configurable delay, ImageVis3D will successively render finer levels of detail, until the data are visible at their native resolution. Volume rendering, as the name implies, is a technique for rendering scalar volumes of data. The rendering method allows one to see "inside" a data set, allowing the user to understand the inner three-dimensional structure of the data.
