WhiteDB is a fast, lightweight graph/N-tuples shared memory database library with a focus on speed, portability, and ease of use. There is no server process. Data is read and written directly from/to shared memory. No sockets are used between WhiteDB and the application program. It supports indexes (T-tree), persistence through logging and memory dumps, concurrency through locking, limited queries (conjunctive only), JSON, CSV and RDF support, Python bindings, command line utility tools, and JSON REST tools.
The Arakhnê.org Foundation Classes (AFC) is a collection of Java libraries (based on Maven) that provides a collection of utilities that are not provided in the standard Java API. Many utility classes are provided: file filters, progress indicators, arrays, collections, VM utilities, text utilities, math tools (point, vector, matrix, shape, etc.), widgets for AWT, Swing, and Android, a platform-independent graphical API, and more.
Erudite is an application for training and testing back propogation neural networks using the ANNeML (Artifical Neural Network Markup Language) XML format. It supports testing and training neural nets with CSV files and has support for randomized training sets, optional adapting learning rate, sigmoid or hyperbolic tangent transfer functions, optional bias and weight adjustment locking, and more.
GoAnywhere OpenPGP Studio is a desktop tool that allows you to protect sensitive files using the Open PGP encryption standard. Documents can be encrypted, decrypted, signed, and verified from your PC or workstation. An integrated key manager allows you to create, import, export, and manage Open PGP keys needed to encrypt and decrypt files.
Salad (short for Letter Salad) is an efficient and flexible implementation of the well-known anomaly detection method Anagram by Wang et al. (RAID 2006). Salad is based on n-gram models, that is, data is represented as all of its substrings of length n. During training these n-grams are stored in a Bloom filter. This enables the detector to represent a large number of n-grams in little memory and still being able to efficiently access the data. Salad extends Anagram by allowing various n-gram types, a 2-class version of the detector for classification, and various model analysis modes.
Farly provides firewall access-list searches, analysis, optimization, automated firewall access-list monitoring, and clean room configuration rewrites. It is network topology-aware and can keep firewall configurations up-to-date with unique load balancer-style active network probing technology.
MQ Channel Auto Creation Manager (MQCACM) is an MQ Channel Auto-Definition (MQ CHAD) exit which allows a company to control and restrict incoming connection requests to auto-create a channel. MQCACM is invoked when a request is received to start an undefined Receiver, Server-Connection, Cluster-Receiver, or Cluster-Sender channel. MQCACM can modify or clear the supplied default channel definition values for an instance of the channel, so there is no exit incompatibility (cross-platform or otherwise).
