Ruby-UDBM is a Ruby binding for the UPPAAL DBM library. It offers access to the federation type (set of DBMs) and most of its operations. In addition, a graphical viewer is provided to allow users to visualize updates on the fly. The library gives access to systems of constraints where clock constraints can be declared and used as intuitive formulas. This binding is intended to be a research prototyping tool as well as a teaching tool for students learning timed automata.
muhttpd (mu HTTP deamon) is a simple but complete Web server written in portable ANSI C. It supports static pages, CGI scripts, and MIME type based handlers. It drops privileges before accepting any connections, and can log received requests. It has been tested on OpenBSD, GNU/Linux, NetBSD, FreeBSD, Mac OS X, and Cygwin. It runs successfully on 32-bits, 64-bit, little endian, and big endian systems.
4Suite XML is a Python-based toolkit for XML application development. It features a library of integrated tools for XML processing, implementing open technologies such as DOM, SAX, XPath, XSLT, XInclude, XPointer, XLink, XUpdate, RELAX NG, and XML/SGML Catalogs. The RDF and Repository components of 4Suite are separate packages that must be installed separately, on top of 4Suite XML.
Stratego/XT is a development environment for creating stand-alone transformation systems. It combines Stratego, a language for implementing transformations based on the paradigm of programmable rewriting strategies, with XT, a collection of reusable components and tools for the development of transformation systems. In general, Stratego/XT is intended for the analysis, manipulation, and generation of programs, though its features make it useful for transforming any structured documents. In practice, it has been used to build many types of transformation systems including compilers, interpreters, static analyzers, domain-specific optimizers, code generators, source code refactorers, documentation generators, and document transformers.
fupids2 is a so-called human oriented IDS based on the FUPIDS project. fupids2 calculates an attacker level for every user on all Unix/Linux/BSD systems in the network. It looks at the behavior of the user (the programs the user uses, the daytime the user is active, the building and room the user uses, the part of the room in which the user sits, and so on) and reports if the user engages in behavior that is unusual for that person. This method can often detect accounts overtaken by attackers.

It provides algorithms for design optimization, uncertainty quantification, parameter estimation, design of experiments, and sensitivity analysis, as well as a range of parallel computing and simulation interfacing services.
