XFlows is an XML and XSLT integrated solution that helps you to create complex scenarios, transform a set of files with XSLT, publish your result into a remote server, export and import data with your database using XML files, and convert your HTML documents to XML. It runs in batch and user interface modes and can be connected to your own parser or JDBC driver for a custom database. Several log levels and platforms are available in batch mode, and mail support is included.
HTML Include solves the problem that the Hypertext Markup Language doesn't know a command for including other files into a source file. It uses specially styled comments to refer to other files, which will be inserted at this position. Unlike to the well known Server Side Include mechanism, this tool pre-processes the HTML files, resulting in files that have all referenced source files directly embedded. Thus it does not depend on any Web-server for correct appearance. As a bonus, HTML Include also writes the current date to the "last modification" line and brower meta, which you usually forget (or do not bother) to update.
ProteomeCommons.org IO Framework is a proper Java framework for handling spectra and peak lists. The framework can read and write to a number of different spectra and peak list formats, and it provides a simple, intuitive Java object model for working with spectra or peak lists. All classes support two methods of handling peak list and spectrum data: in-memory or stream. The goal of this framework is to support all the popular MS and MSMS data formats, and to eliminate any time or effort involved in figuring out how to read and write peak list or spectrum files.
Univert is a Universal Unicode Converter, at least as universal as the Unicode implementation in Tcl 8.1 or later can manage on your computer. Univert will convert interchangably between the following formats: native Tcl unicode, hex bytes or words separated by spaces, decimal bytes or words separated by spaces, HTML entities, UTF-8/URL encoding, quoted printable with whatever the current encoding is, and C string with whatever the current encoding is.
Spell Checker is a class meant to check the spelling of text using only basic PHP commands, thus not using any special purpose extensions. It uses a dictionary text file as its spelling knowledge base. For greater performance, the class uses the dictionary words (currently almost 40,000) to build a dynamic hashed lookup table. The class can also provide suggestions for the misspelled words that are found. The dictionary file can be updated to include any missing words.
IDE for Laszlo is an Eclipse-based development environment for creating, editing, debugging, and testing applications based on the Laszlo Platform. The Laszlo Platform is a platform for the development and delivery of Internet applications where the LZX XML mark-up is used to create the user interfaces. LZX is an XML and JavaScript description language similar in spirit to XUL (XML User interface Language) and XAML (the "Longhorn" mark-up language by Microsoft). A video demo is available.
