The par utility creates and manipulates PalmOS database (.pdb) and resource (.prc) files. Par is designed to be a Swiss army knife for managing these files. It's a command line tool, and not for the faint of heart, but it's very handy and replaces a bunch of little utilities that you might otherwise use.
CsvMail is an HTML form mailer and manager. It mails the results of form submissions and also writes the entry to a secure.csv file. It requires minimal HTML form changes - just change the beginning form tag to post to CsvMail. It is very easy to configure, but includes plenty of extra options, including domain security settings and a bounceback required fields option. A fully-functional evaluation version is available.
oXygen is an XML editor that supports any XML document, and works with XML Schemas, DTDs, Relax NG schemas, and NRL Schemas. Build Folio generates Web pages that lets the user navigate a set of files and directories. It is very good at generating thumbnailed indexes of directories containing a lot of images. The way the Web pages are generated can be controlled via configuration files. The program is built as a Perl 5 script which by default calls the Tk package to provide a graphical front end. Originally developed on a PC running Windows, it should be able to run anywhere.

Its features include an event-driven architecture to handle common IRC events, flood protection, DCC chat, file resuming, ident support, multiple servers, and more. Its comprehensive logfile format is suitable for use with pisg to generate channel statistics. Gammu (formerly known as MyGnokii2) is a cellular manager for various mobile phones/modems. It supports a wide variety of Nokia, Symbian, and AT devices (Siemens, Alcatel, Falcom, WaveCom, IPAQ, Samsung, SE, and others) over cables, infrared, or BlueTooth. It contains libraries with functions for ringtones, phonebook, SMS, logos, WAP, date/time, alarm, calls, and more (used by external applications like Wammu). It also includes a command line utility that can make many things (including backups) and an SMS gateway with full MySQL and PostgreSQL support from the PHP interface.
