The PARSEC (Preliminary Analysis of Revolutionary Space Exploration Concepts) CEE (Collaborative Engineering Environment) creates a single-user interface for engineers and scientists to work together to design launch vehicle and spacecraft concepts. The interface allows for seamless integration of design tools for any discipline as well as communication with other team members. Data storage and maintenance is handled automatically.
