MapServer is a CGI based Web mapping application development tool. It processes user defined configuration files and templates to allow for a wide variety of applications to be developed, including interactive mapping, and spatial query definition and processing. It supports several data formats. Key features include scale dependent map rendering, automatic scalebar and legend building, feature labeling with collision avoidance, logical and thematic classifications, and on-the-fly projection of raster and vector data. The application can also access other WMS servers as a cascading map server.

PDFTextStream is a PDF text and metadata extraction library available for Java and .NET. It supports all versions of the PDF document specification (including v1.7, used by Acrobat 8, 9, and X), extraction of text encoded using double-byte character sets (including Chinese, Japanese, and Korean), decryption of documents encrypted using 40-bit, 128-bit, 256-bit, and variable bit length ciphers, and extraction of all document metadata provided by PDF documents (including form data, bookmarks, and annotations). Easy integration with Jakarta Lucene is included, as well as interactive form update capability.

FeResPost is a library that allows the rapid development of small programs for the post-processing of Nastran or Samcef finite element results. The library allows easy manipulation of finite element models, groups, and results. Efficient post-processing is possible because the time-consuming operations are written in C/C++. Vici MVC is a MVC Web application framework for .NET 2.0 or higher. It runs on the low-level ASP.NET layer provided by the .NET framework, but does not use ASP.NET WebForms and Controls. The framework is controller-centric as opposed to the view-centric architecture of ASP.NET WebForms. This allows Web applications to be built according to the MVC pattern with minimal effort. Vici MVC emphasises complete separation of concerns, ease of use, minimal configuration requirements, integration with any data access technology, performance, and easy deployment ("XCOPY deployment").
