MapServer is a CGI based Web mapping application development tool. It processes user defined configuration files and templates to allow for a wide variety of applications to be developed, including interactive mapping, and spatial query definition and processing. It supports several data formats. Key features include scale dependent map rendering, automatic scalebar and legend building, feature labeling with collision avoidance, logical and thematic classifications, and on-the-fly projection of raster and vector data. The application can also access other WMS servers as a cascading map server.
Apache Qpid is a messaging broker that implements the latest AMQP specification, providing transaction management, queuing, distribution, security, management, clustering, federation, heterogeneous multi-platform support, and much more. It is extremely fast and aims to be 100% AMQP Compliant.
MyMediaLite is a lightweight, multi-purpose library of recommender system algorithms. It addresses the two most common scenarios in collaborative filtering: rating prediction (e.g. on a scale of 1 to 5 stars), and item prediction from implicit feedback (e.g. from clicks or purchase actions). It contains dozens of recommender engines, including state-of-the-art matrix factorization methods. It also supports real-time updates to the recommender engines, storing engines to disk and reloading them again, and several evaluation measures to compare the accuracy of different recommender system methods. Three command-line programs that offer most of the functionality contained in the library are included.
CUBRID is a comprehensive relational database management system highly optimized for Web applications. CUBRID is fast and powerful. Its multi-process architecture and its multi-threaded server implementation scale very well as the data and the number of users grow. CUBRID has optimizations such as Click Counter feature and Fast Concurrent Insertions, which are designed for Web applications' high workloads. CUBRID is a reliable and feature-rich DBMS. The high availability (HA) and replication features can help you provide non-stop service. Query plan caching and query result caching allow your application to serve read-mostly queries with minimal server resource usage. It supports unlimited databases. As a relational database system, CUBRID provides seamless transactions even for your high-volume databases, regardless of the number and the size of your databases or tables.
Renaming a file works well when there is just one. But when you have a directory full of them, it gets tedious quickly. With nametrans, you can use search and replace on your list of files as you would on text in a document. And with regular expressions, you have even more power to transform file names (and whole file paths) systematically. With useful presets for common fixes like lowercasing or capitalization, you can keep your filenames nice and tidy, whether 10 or 10,000 of them, in one go.
