n-ary Huffman Template Algorithm allows any kind of weights (costs, frequencies), including non-numerical ones. The {0, 1, ..., n-1} alphabet is used to encode messages. The built tree is an n-ary one. The algorithm is based on a set of template classes: Cell(SYMBOL, WEIGHT), Node(SYMBOL, WEIGHT), InternalNode (SYMBOL, WEIGHT), TerminalNode(SYMBOL, WEIGHT), BasicHuffmanTree(SYMBOL, WEIGHT, ARY), LoadedHuffmanTree(SYMBOL, WEIGHT, ARITY), and DriedHuffmanTree(WEIGHT, ARITY).
No-install Unix Tools for Windows is a collection of 18 of the most useful Cygwin tools packaged into a single 1.1MB (floppy sized) EXE file that runs without any installation process. php_db2util is a module that extends PHP with mass data movement functions. It also allows the runstats utility to be run to recreate indexes.
DirSync is a directory synchronizer that takes a source and destination directory as arguments and recursively ensures that the two directories are identical. It can be used to create incremental copies of large chunks of data. For example, if your file server's contents are in the directory /data, you can make a copy in a directory called /backup with the command "dirsync /data /backup." The first time you run it, all data will be copied. On subsequent runs, only the changed files are copied.

The MM3-WebAssistant Proxy Offline Browser archives Web pages that have been visited with your browser to be used online and offline. When offline, each page is available with its original URL, so the user sees no difference between surfing in the Internet or the archive. You can even use your bookmarks offline. The archive can be used efficiently by marking and highlighting words. This proxy also allows mobile users to access Internet information when they don't have Internet access.
