Eric is a full featured Python and Ruby editor and IDE, written in Python. It is based on the cross platform Qt GUI toolkit, integrating the highly flexible Scintilla editor control. It is designed to be usable as an everyday quick and dirty editor as well as being usable as a professional project management tool, integrating many advanced features that Python offers the professional coder. Eric includes a plug-in system, which allows easy extension of the IDE functionality with plug-ins downloadable from the net. Current stable versions are Eric4 based on Qt4 and Python 2 and Eric5 based on Python 3 and Qt4.
GeoToad is a geocaching query tool to help speed up the boring part of geocaching: choosing the cache and collecting the data. It allows you to generate any kind of complex query you want, and the program will go and poll the Geocaching query, grab the data, and output it to any format you want. The Geocache info can be synced straight to your GPS, iPod, PDA, or cell phone in over 20 different formats.
Marathon is a GUI test tool that allows you to play and record scripts against a Java Swing UI. It's written in Java, and uses Python and Ruby as its scripting language (the emphasis being on an extremely simple, readable syntax that customers/testers/analysts feel comfortable with). Marathon includes a recorder, editor, player, and debugger to simplify working with test scripts.
omnisode generates a Ruby program to use long Taylor series to solve systems of ordinary differential equations. It generates code to solve the equations in either Maple or Maxima. Using the Taylor series, estimates are made of the location and order of poles. It has been greatly re-worked the last few years, and tested quite a bit recently. Support may be extended to other languages in the future.

Originally based on ImageMagick, GraphicsMagick focuses on performance, minimizing bugs, and providing stable APIs and ABIs. It runs on all modern variants of Unix, Windows, and Mac OS X.

New documents can be assembled from several single documents.
