OpenXAdES enables people to work with legally-binding digital signatures (primarily giving and verifying them). Legislation often defines a set of requirements that legal digital signature technologies and infrastructures must be compliant with, and OpenXAdES aims at meeting many, if not all, such requirements from different legislations.
Open Transactions is a solid, easy-to-use, financial crypto and digital cash library, including an API, server, and test client. It features anonymous numbered accounts, untraceable digital cash, triple-signed receipts, basket currencies, and signed XML contracts. It also supports cheques, invoices, payment plans, markets with trades, and other instruments. It uses OpenSSL and Lucre blinded tokens.
Moneychanger is a simple client GUI built on top of Open Transactions, a financial crypto library. Moneychanger can be used to create pseudonyms, issue currencies, open accounts, withdraw and deposit cash (untraceable digital cash), write and deposit cheques, trade on markets, and much, much more.
KisKis (Keep It Secret! Keep It Safe!) is an easy-to-use password manager. It allows the user to manage passwords for many different purposes, including network or Internet accounts, credit-card pin-numbers, and password-secured files. The accounts can be grouped hierarchically within a tree structure. Each account can be described by multiple attributes (such as user name or URL), file attachments, and comments. The history of each password change can be tracked. All passwords are stored in a single XML file using OpenPGP messages.
BeeCrypt is an ongoing project to provide strong and fast cryptography in the form of a toolkit usable by commercial and open source projects. Included in the library are entropy sources, random generators, block ciphers, hash functions, message authentication codes, multiprecision integer routines, and public key primitives.
Lasso (Liberty Alliance Single Sign On) is an implementation of the Liberty Alliance specifications. These specifications define protocols for federated identities, single sign-on, etc. Lasso supports ID-FF 1.2, SAML 2.0, and parts of ID-WSF. It provides both a C library and bindings for several languages (Python, Java, Perl, PHP 4, and PHP 5).
jEncrypt is a commandline file encryption archiver. Files are encrypted with the AES-CTR mode, which was recommended by the National Institute of Standards and Technology in 2001 (NIST SP 800-38A). AES-CTR mode only provides confidentiality. It requires a message authentication code such as CBC-MAC to ensure an encrypted message is not accidentally modified or maliciously tampered with, which jEncrypt currently does not provide.
Webswell Connect is an e-business integration framework based on the ebXML standard. It allows easy, interactive and user-friendly installation. It consists of an ebXML registry/repository server and client, a messaging system for secure and reliable messaging and user interface similar to popular email clients for sending/handling ebXML messages. It supports HTTP, HTTPS, and email communication while keeping it safe and reliable by implementing digital signatures, encryption, acknowledgment mechanisms, duplication elimination, etc.
