Zild is a C application server with support for the common servlet technology and servlet API in C. It includes support for ServerPages, PHP, XML SAX parser, HTTP/1.1 and SSL/TLS connectors, HTML form-based and Basic Authentication access controls, a built-in embedded SQL database, and many more functions.
SLIRP is a vectorizing code generator aimed primarily at simplifying the process of creating modules for the S-Lang scripting language. It supports making C, C++, and Fortran code callable directly from the S-Lang interpreter and can automatically vectorize functions to take advantage of the abilities of S-Lang. SLIRP can also generate parallelizable wrappers for OpenMP-aware compilers.
Ray is a Flash-based community widget suite built on the Flash 9 platform. It includes advanced video chat and video messenger features, with 1-to-1 private chat rooms, tabs for chatting in multiple rooms simultaneously, an integrated help system, addressed messages, whispers, password-protected rooms, room status text, tracking of "who's viewing me", and profile preview. Video windows may be floating, resizable, and full-screen. Ray comes with its own server, no monthly payments, and no restrictions.
P~ (pronounced "P tilde") is a Java-like scripting language and regular expression engine. P~ offers novel powers to match, extract, and transform documents. Regex novelties include an easy-to-read algebraic syntax and general capture and statement insertion side-effects. This is a great benefit to Java users, who no longer need to outsource difficult regex problems to Perl/Python scripts, since ptilde is offered as a Java library as well as a standalone scripting engine.
FrAid (Fr[actal] Aid) is a programming language that is appropriate for mathematical computations, visualization, batch processing, and more. It features both a standalone application that provides a programming environment for the language and a system for integrating the language with Java. The Java interface allows mathematical equations and formulas to be used with Java code, making it easier to process numerical computations, symbolic computations, imaging, CAD, and more.
EDM is a fork of Sauerbraten (http://www.sauerbraten.org/) which is in development but playable. It features several multiplayer game modes like Deathmatch and Instagib, dynamic map model physics, enhanced particle effects, unique weapons and powerups, and more. Maps can be edited with other players online.
AgileGallery is a photo gallery that processes the XML output from Picasa, generates paging and thumbnails, and displays the full sized photos along with any captions entered in Picasa. AgileGallery presently comes in two flavors: one that uses AJAX for the interface and one that uses Flash. AgileGallery does not require any server-side technology to generate photo galleries.
