4Suite is a Python-based toolkit for XML and RDF application development. It features a library of integrated tools for XML processing, implementing open technologies such as DOM, RDF, XSLT, XInclude, XPointer, XLink, XPath, XUpdate, RELAX NG, and XML/SGML Catalogs. Layered upon this is an XML and RDF data repository and server, which supports multiple methods of data access, query, indexing, transformation, rich linking, and rule processing, and provides the data infrastructure of a full database system, including transactions, concurrency, access control, and management tools. It also supports HTTP, RPC, SOAP, and FTP, plus APIs in Python and XSLT.

The libmba package is a collection of mostly independent C modules potentially useful to any project. There are the usual ADTs including a linkedlist, hashmap, pool, stack, and varray, a flexible memory allocator, CSV parser, path canonicalization routine, I18N text abstraction, configuration file module, portable semaphores, condition variables, and more. The code is designed so that individual modules can be integrated into existing codebases rather than requiring the user to commit to the entire library. The code has no typedefs, few comments, and extensive man pages and HTML documentation.

Emdros is a corpus query system for storing and searching linguistically annotated text. It is very generic, supporting almost any kind of annotation from almost any linguistic theory. ServingXML is a markup language for expressing XML pipelines and an extensible Java framework for defining the elements of the language. It defines a vocabulary for expressing flat-XML, XML-flat, flat-flat, and XML-XML transformations in pipelines.
