YourKit Java Profiler is a CPU and memory profiler that makes it easy to solve wide range of CPU- and memory-related performance problems. It features automatic leak detection, powerful tools for the analysis of memory distribution, an object heap browser, comprehensive memory tests as part of your JUnit testing process, extremely low profiling overhead, transparent deobfuscation support, and integration with Eclipse, JBuilder, IntelliJ IDEA, NetBeans, and JDeveloper IDEs.
LANforge is a unified multi-protocol network traffic generation and WAN emulation application. It allows users to generate real world customer traffic in a controllable manner. The WAN emulator allows the injection of latency and other network oddities like dropped, duplicated, and re-ordered packets. LANforge includes a drag-and-drop virtual network builder that supports virtual routers, WAN links, traffic-generating nodes, and more. It provides a scriptable command line interface with Perl libraries as well as a graphical user interface.
UPPAAL is an integrated tool environment for modeling, validation, and verification of real time systems, modeled as networks of timed automata, extended with data types (bounded integers, arrays, etc.). Typical application areas include real time controllers and communication protocols, in particular those where timing aspects are critical.
CScout is a source code analyzer and refactoring browser for collections of C programs. It can process workspaces of multiple projects, mapping the complexity introduced by the C preprocessor back into the original C source code files. CScout performs an analysis of C source code that is more detailed and accurate than current compilers and linkers, as it takes into account the identifier scopes introduced by the C preprocessor and the C language proper scopes and namespaces.
gPM (generic Process Management) is a generic TOPCASED tool for business process management that can also be used for bug or issue tracking and for other almost any document-based process. gPM is composed of a server and several clients are available (Web-based, Eclipse Mylyn connector, Eclipse rich client). As gPM is a generic tool, it needs to be instantiated for each business process you want to support. Defining a business process consists of providing the product types, sheet types, sheet link types, and the life cycle of each sheet type. gPM configuration also includes roles and access controls, sheet type life cycles, dictionaries and translations, functional extension points, filters, and more. gPM has already been successfully instantiated for both simple development processes (like Mantis or Bugzilla) and complex industrial processes, like in the aerospace domain.
OpenLoad is an easy-to-use browser-based, rapid performance optimization solution for load and stress testing of dynamic Web sites. It uses IBM WebSphere and the DB2 Universal Database, and is fully integrated with IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer. It substantially minimizes the time and skill set required to optimize the performance of Web-based applications by simplifying the process of building real-world user scenarios, verifying expected functional behavior, and pinpointing performance bottlenecks within Web applications and IT infrastructure.
