ACFTools is a utility for manipulating X-Plane flight simulator aircraft and weapon models without using its Plane Maker. It can decode both Apple and Intel ACF/WPN formats into plain text files with a syntax similar to C, which can be edited and then re-converted into binary data. It is able to extract almost complete 3D models of aircraft (fuselage, floats, tanks, wings, stabs, propellers, engines) and write it in AC3D modeler format. Edited 3D parts can then be merged into plain text and consequently converted into binary ACF files.
Aasm is an advanced modular assembler designed to support several target architectures. It has been designed to be easily extended. Its global architecture takes advantages of dynamic libraries to provide input, assembler and output modules. The input module supports Intel syntax (like nasm, tasm, masm, etc.). The x86 assembler module supports all opcodes up to P6 including MMX, SSE and 3DNow! extensions. F-CPU and SPARC assembler modules are under development. Several output modules are available for ELF, COFF, IntelHex, and raw binary formats. Advanced features include symbol scopes, an expressions engine, big integer support, macro capability, and numerous and accurate warning messages (over 300).
The Alamin GSM SMS Gateway is a group of daemons that allows you to send/receive SMS messages from any GSM device that supports AT+ commands (GSM modems or GSM mobile phones) or supported by Gnokii. A client program allows you to send messages from any IP client. An SMTP interface is provided to allow MTAs to send SMS directly to the GSM network. IMP (Incoming Message Processor) modules allows you to extend functionality to implement banking, network administration, bd querys, etc. from a GSM mobile phone.
AnyEvent provides an identical interface to multiple event loops. This allows module authors to utilize an event loop without forcing module users to use the same event loop (as only a single event loop can coexist peacefully at any one time). The interface itself is vaguely similar but not identical to the Event module. On the first call of any method, the module tries to detect the currently loaded event loop by probing for an already-loaded event loop, such as Glib or Event. The first one found is used. If none is found, the module tries to load an event module, and failing that, it will fall back to an optimized pure Perl implementation.
Autodia is a command line Perl application that generates UML class diagrams from source code, SQL, and database connections. It supports multiple programming languages including SQL, and can output images (using GraphViz/VCG/SpringGraph), Dia XML and Umbrello XML, or custom formats using templates.
Berkeley DB XML is a native XML database engine for use within your product. Made available as a C++ library with language bindings for Java, Perl, Python, PHP, and Tcl, it integrates directly into your application (it is not a standalone database server). It provides XQuery access into a database of document containers. XML documents are stored and indexed in their native format using Berkeley DB as the transactional database engine.

This module implements a methodology which can make Web software easier to design, easier to document, easier to write, and easier to evolve. CGI::Application builds on standard, non-proprietary technologies and techniques, such as the Common Gateway Interface and Lincoln D. Stein's excellent CGI.pm module. CGI::Application judiciously avoids employing technologies and techniques which would bind a developer to any one set of tools, operating system, or Web server.
Catalyst is a Web application framework for Perl. It is based on Maypole, and adds many features from Ruby on Rails, Struts, Spring, and Tomcat. The development philosophy focuses on Don't Repeat Yourself, Lego-like components, Code Generation, and very strong testability. It supports a number of plugins, models, views, and controllers.
