Alkaline is a full-featured standalone search and index server. The spider is a fully remote indexing daemon which includes support for all standards like robots.txt and "skip" meta tags, and allows multiple distinct configurations and search groups (searching many different sites from your server), including complex regexp indexing paths, authentification, filters for various document formats, XML-based online management and statistics, mrtg-compatible perf numbers, and more.
Allegro Common Lisp is a full ANSI Common Lisp (1994) implementation. It contains many extensions, including 32- and 64-bit native compilation, efficient built-in memory management, foreign functions (for interfacing with other languages), multiprocessing, UNICODE and locale support, XML/HTML parsers, a Web client and server, GTK+ interface (1.2 and 2.0), Java interface, OLE interface (Windows only), profiler, regular expressions, an XML RPC implementation, native Lisp RPC, sockets, DLL and shared library support, and more.
BRL-CAD is a powerful constructive solid geometry solid modeling system that includes an interactive geometry editor, ray-tracing support for rendering and geometric analysis, path-tracing for realistic image synthesis, network distributed framebuffer support, and image and signal-processing tools.
BZFlag is a 3D, multiplayer, tank battle zone, capture the flag game that pits players against each other in a networked environment. It runs on Windows 95/98/NT/2000, Linux, MacOS 10.x, Irix, Solaris, and others. An OpenGL accelerator is highly recommended, but it is playable with 3D in software.

Big Brother is a combination of monitoring methods. Unlike SNMP where information is just collected and devices polled, Big Brother is designed in such a way that each local system broadcasts its own information to a central location. Simultaneously, Big Brother also polls all networked systems from a central location. This creates a highly efficient and redundant method for proactive network monitoring.
Brabosphere is a program for the 3D visualization of molecular systems and their properties. Its name is derived from the quantum mechanical program package BRABO, for which it acts as a graphical frontend. It can also be used for the analysis and visualization of the data resulting from this type of calculation, so results from some other quantum mechanical applications will also be accepted.
