AgileGallery is a photo gallery that processes the XML output from Picasa, generates paging and thumbnails, and displays the full sized photos along with any captions entered in Picasa. AgileGallery presently comes in two flavors: one that uses AJAX for the interface and one that uses Flash. AgileGallery does not require any server-side technology to generate photo galleries.
Audiality is a highly scalable and portable audio engine and synthesizer. MIDI files are used in combination with scripting and modular synthesis, to minimize file sizes and maximize flexibility. Audiality can be used as a music and sound effects player in multimedia productions, or as a realtime MIDI synthesizer.
C-Cramp (the C-Cramp College Radio Audio Management Program) is a Web-based frontend to MySQL for managing the types of things that small radio stations might need: audio files, data, and "metadata"; DJ and staff information, schedules, live music and program logs, and all sorts of other data. Currently, a cross-platform PHP application is the focus of the project, but more features and types of programs are planned that will hopefully enable easier playback, storage, loading, and entering for all types of applicable data.
Dreamcard is an easy to use development tool for new and intermediate users. It supports multimedia, Internet protocols, databases, and more. It comes with a built-in learning centre that features video tutorials and a range of other materials to help you get started. Software written in Dreamcard can run on every major platform as long as the user has the player application installed.
EDM is a fork of Sauerbraten (http://www.sauerbraten.org/) which is in development but playable. It features several multiplayer game modes like Deathmatch and Instagib, dynamic map model physics, enhanced particle effects, unique weapons and powerups, and more. Maps can be edited with other players online.
FrAid (Fr[actal] Aid) is a programming language that is appropriate for mathematical computations, visualization, batch processing, and more. It features both a standalone application that provides a programming environment for the language and a system for integrating the language with Java. The Java interface allows mathematical equations and formulas to be used with Java code, making it easier to process numerical computations, symbolic computations, imaging, CAD, and more.
