3Delight is a very fast RenderMan-compliant renderer designed to produce photorealistic images for serious production environments. Some of its features include ray tracing, global illumination, motion blur, depth of field, subdivision surfaces, programmable shaders, quality antialiasing, and antialiased multi-depth shadow maps. The API and the shading language are very similar to what is described in the RenderMan interface documentation.
A220 Mission 1 is an arcade game written as a Java Midlet for cellphones. It lets you fly through mountains and cave systems, eliminating multiple enemies before finally destroying the Pirate Base. AZStats is a JSP file that parses and displays the contents of an Azureus stats file (typically Azureus_Stats.xml). The JSP is totally self-contained. No additional files/classes are needed. Just drop the JSP into a JSP/servlet engine and edit the JSP so that it points to your Azureus_Stats.xml file (either locally or via http://), and it will display the contents in a readable format.
Acovel is a cross-platform media player (currently running on Linux and Windows). It features an intelligent algorithm that will analyze both ID3 (v1 ahd v2) tags and filenames to fill up its music collection database. Its search feature is very fast. It is currently limited to playing albums, but upcoming versions will make it a full-featured media player.
Acrony is an online multiplayer word game that you can play either through your browser (any OS with Shockwave) or a Windows/Wine executable. The game consists of making the most entertaining phrase that matches a provided acronym, and then voting on who did the best job of it. An example for “F.B.A.” might be “Free Beer Anyone?” Integrated features include chat, a forum, user stats, and more.
