Hypercube is a tool for visualizing DOT (graphviz), GML, GraphML, GXL and simple text-based graph representations as SVG and EPS images. It comes with a Qt-based GUI application and a Qt-independent commandline tool. It uses a simulated annealing algorithm to lay out the graph, which can be easily parameterized to achieve the desired look. The main development goals are portability and easy usage rather than high performance and complexity.
DyadWaves is an easy-to-use GUI for 1D and 2D wavelet transform. It is pretty basic, with functionality consisting of wavelet transform computation, signal/image approximation, and denoising using up to three transform modes. It contains two executables: dyadwaves and dyadwaves2d for 1D and 2D signal analysis respectively.
HeldenViewer makes it possible to search for, download, and view Youtube videos in a very easy to use fashion. An important feature is the concept of adding authors as favorites, in order to be notified at the next start of HeldenViewer if the author has uploaded a new video. You will no longer be interrupted by any commercials. Much like the Youtube platform, you can watch the videos while downloading and use your favorite videoplayer to do this. The only restriction is that the video player must be able to play .flv files, e.g. VideoLanClient.
QPass is a password manager application. It enables you to store your confidential data encrypted. All entries are stored in a single-file database encrypted using the AES-256 algorithm. Each entry can contain a name, URL, username, password, and description. QPass can also generate random passwords based on mouse movements.
Gerbil consists of an interactive visualization tool targeted at multispectral and hyperspectral image data, and a toolbox of common algorithms, e.g. for segmentation. Multispectral imaging has been gaining popularity and has been gradually applied to many fields besides remote sensing. However, due to the high dimensionality of the data, both human observers and computers have difficulty interpreting this wealth of information. Gerbil facilitates the visualization of the relationship between spectral and topological information in a novel fashion. It puts emphasis on the spectral gradient, which is shown to provide enhanced information for many reflectance analysis tasks. It also includes a rich toolbox for evaluation of image segmentation and other algorithms in the multispectral domain. The parallel coordinates visualization technique is combined with hashing for a highly interactive visual connection between spectral distribution, spectral gradient, and topology.
HexGlass is a Tetris-like puzzle game based on a hexagonal grid. Ten different types of blocks continuously fall from above and you must arrange them to make horizontal rows of hexagonal bricks. Completing any row causes those hexagonal blocks to disappear and those above move downwards. The blocks gradually fall faster and the game is over when the screen fills up and blocks can no longer fall from the top.
A cross-platform terminal emulator with telnet, SSH, and serial support.
