JBossWiki is a self contained Wiki portlet based on JSPWiki. It fully supports the JBoss Portal 2.0 security constructs to allow users and roles to be associated with editing and display of wiki pages and attachments within the context of a JSR 168 compliant portal. An integrated diff tool is included. It has a Plugin framework which allows different wiki types to be defined and associated with different plugin stacks which add contextual content to wiki pages or do translations. It also includes a prototype search engine.

Zimbra is a next-generation enterprise messaging and collaboration system. It features an Ajax Web client with conversation views, fast email search, Web service mash-ups, shared calendars, document authoring, and IM. IkeWiki is a new kind of Wiki (a so-called "Semantic Wiki") developed by Salzburg Research that allows users to collaboratively annotate pages and links between pages with semantic annotations. Such annotations are useful because they give machines a certain amount of "understanding" of the content that goes beyond merely displaying the page. This information can then, for example, be used for context-specific presentation of pages, advanced querying, consistency verification, or drawing conclusions.
