BX/XIK automates the integration of Sitraka's (formerly KL Group) Motif based XRT widgets into Builder Xcessory PRO. After installing the XRT Integration Kit, the XRT widgets will appear on the BX PRO palette and can be "dragged-and-dropped" to create a sophisticated Motif-based user interface.
DiaCanvas is a generalized version of the drawing canvas used by DIA. It extends some features used by DIA and adds new ones, while preserving as many of the original features as possible. This project is no longer actively maintained. It is suggested that you try DiaCanvas2 instead.
OIO is a Web-based metadata/data management front-end which is built using Zope and works with Postgresql. No programming is required to build and manage Web-forms or to perform data mining/analysis on the collected data. It is in production at the Harbor/UCLA Medical Center for clinical outcomes management and research data. Forms created with OIO and hosted on any OIO server can be downloaded as XML files. Once downloaded from the "Forms library" and imported into an OIO server, the necessary database tables are automatically recreated and the imported forms become immediately available to the users of that OIO server.
PLIB is a set of libraries to write games and other realtime interactive applications that are 100% portable across a wide range of hardware and operating systems. Prima is an extensible Perl toolkit for multi-platform GUI development. Supported platforms include Linux, Windows NT/9x/2K, OS/2, and UNIX/X11 workstations (FreeBSD, IRIX, SunOS, Solaris, and others). The toolkit contains a rich set of standard widgets and has emphasis on 2D image processing tasks. A Perl program using Prima looks and behaves identically on X, Win32, and OS/2 PM.
freeglut is intended to be a 100% plug-compatible clone, and is released under the Xfree license. The GLUT (OpenGL Utility Toolkit) is a widely used library for doing window control, keyboard, and mouse input, and other basic functions for OpenGL programs. However, GLUT is not OpenSourced - although it's source code is available under a somewhat ill-defined set of restrictions. Hence, 'freeglut'.
ClassyTk is an extension of Tk based on the ClassyTcl Object system. It adds a lot of improvements to Tk, ranging from drag and drop support (between Tk apps) and a configuration system to a large set of new widgets and commands, written using the object system. It also contains a GUI Builder that can be used to graphically create interfaces. It is invoked via the cbuild command in the bin directory. There are also some sample (but useable) applications created with ClassyTk: a very useable editor, a calculator, a drawing program, and more.
