Voila is a comprehensive screen capturing tool. It is built to grab, edit, organize, and share interesting contents from the user's desktop screens or the contents of web pages. Voila can be used to create presentations, tutorials, or documents quickly from various types of contents present locally on the user's computer or from the Internet. Voila captures contents either in full or in selected areas of the desktop screen. Web contents can be captured along with the associated metadata such as URL and tags. Live actions can also be captured into a movie in many standard formats. Voila offers a host of tools to edit and annotate. These tools help users to make their captures more informative and also increase their visual appeal. Users can create smart collections (i.e. rule-based folders) to organize content based on tags and description. It also facilitates instant sharing of work via FTP, SFTP, YouTube, Flickr, or email.
