bigloo-lib is a set of libraries for Bigloo, the Scheme programming language compiler. Most of the libraries are interfaces for various C libraries, such as the C runtime library, Gtk++, the LDAP client API, or the XML parser API. Other libraries are written entirely in pure Scheme, such as the HTTP library and the NODE library. The libraries are intended to make it easier to write programs in Bigloo scheme. bigloo-lib also provides a suitable framework to configure, compile, install, and deploy Bigloo libraries.
Hotlist is a simple URL manager that handles bookmarks in an HTML file. At the moment all it does is add and delete URLs from a file. The idea is that if you are always finding URLs that you want to view but forget them when you get the chance to go online, then you should put them in this file and set it as your homepage.
im2html walks a directory hierachy filled with categorised images and makes HTML indices and thumbnails for everything. It's easy to customise the titles of each page, add descriptive HTML for images or the page as a whole, add references to related web pages etc. It's incremental, so you can run it nightly in a cron job to keep things up to date, reducing most maintenance to "copy the image into the right subdirectory and wait overnight". It's careful to not rewrite index files unless their contents change, making maintenance of a remote gallery from your master copy with a tool like rsync efficient.
JSS is a Web-page embeddable survey system. Surveys can either be Slashdot-style (single question) or standalone (single or multi-question). Questions can either have radio buttons or checkboxes, allowing for single or multiple answers. JSS has the ability to block entries based on whether or not the user has already submitted an entry, along with a mechansim to deny all entries. Example files are included, and live examples are also available through the homepage.
manServer is a troff (or nroff) to HTML interpreter written in Perl. It is designed specifically to convert manual pages written using the man(7) troff macros into HTML for display and navigation with a Web browser. To this end it includes direct support for man macros (also limited support for tbl, eqn, and the doc macros) as well as the most common troff directives.
PhotoFrame is a PHP4 script that automatically creates a clean Web interface (using frames) from a directory full of JPEG, PNG and GIF images. It creates thumbnails automatically and will use JPEG comments if it finds them. 20 languages are supported, and images, captions, and comments can all be administered via the Web. No database or metafiles are needed.
