CubicWeb is a semantic Web application framework that empowers developers to build Web applications by reusing components (called cubes) and following the well known object-oriented design principles. Its main features are: an engine driven by the explicit data model of the application; a query language, RQL, similar to W3C’s SPARQL; a selection+view mechanism for semi-automatic XHTML/XML/JSON/text generation; a library of reusable components (data model and views) that fulfill common needs; the power and flexibility of the Python programming language; and the reliability of SQL databases, LDAP directories, Subversion, and Mercurial for storage backends.
hulk is a usable in-browser HTML editor. Running $.hulk with some options will insert a pretty JSON editor into the div with the id "selector". You can then edit the document at your leisure, in text input boxes instead of as JSON. This makes it easy for programmers and non-technical people to collaborate on configuration. Hulk is also smart about detecting your input (if it's large, use a textarea, if it looks like a number, convert it to a number, etc.).
PHPGrid generates fully-functional grids with minimal coding, with add, edit, del, auto-filter, search, sort, page, grouping, export, custom add/del calls, grid-subgrid, multiple databases, multiple themes, and much more. It saves development time and effort for creating repetitive CRUD functions. The custom SELECT query option is useful for cross table data and report generation. It supports all major databases.
JSONBOT is a remote event-driven framework for building bots that talk JSON to each other over XMPP. This distribution provides bots built on the JSONBOT framework for console, IRC, XMPP for the shell and WWW, and XMPP for the Google App Engine. A plugin infrastructure can be used to write your own functionality.

SlimWeb aims to replace Struts or JSF in your J2EE application, but is closer to Rails or TurboGears in its heavy use of convention-over-configuration, simplicity, and power. It aims to reduce (and most of the time completely eliminate) all boilerplate code, XML configuration files, and even deployment times.
Uhura is a Web console for databases. It works with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and FirebirdSQL. It presents trees that let you browse databases, tables, columns, constraints, triggers, views, and procs.
