BRL-CAD is a powerful constructive solid geometry solid modeling system that includes an interactive geometry editor, ray-tracing support for rendering and geometric analysis, path-tracing for realistic image synthesis, network distributed framebuffer support, and image and signal-processing tools.
Scry is a simple, secure, fast, Web-based photo album. It doesn't use a relational database and has no administrative or user front end. Changes to image files and directories are reflected in the albums. Image resizing and caching is done on the fly for speed. It is easily embedded into an existing site via XHTML templates.
Dice3DS is a set of Pure Python modules for dealing with 3D Studio format (*.3ds) files. It maps 3DS chunks into a hierarchical set of Python objects; it's a lot like how ElementTree works for XML files. Dice3DS requires Python 2.6 or higher and Numpy. Note that it is not a wrapper for lib3ds.
CADTools is a modern 3D computer-aided design (CAD) and manufacturing (CAM) toolkit. The aim of the project is to develop an easy-to-use parametric, feature-based solid modeler with a generic geometrical constraint solver sufficiently robust for real-time mechanical simulations over complex assemblies.
