mgadvd is a Matrox G200/Zoran 36700 hardware MPEG decoder driver for Linux. It allows you to play MPEG-1, MPEG-2, and DVD streams through the Zoran 36700 Vaddis III decoder (connected to the G200) with very low CPU usage. Supported DVD audio formats are AC3 (Dolby Digital) and PCM. Included is a player app called mzplay that plays DVD directly from the disc as well as MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video and audio (Layer II only) files.

Linux Kiss Server is an alternative for PC-LINK software. It is compatible with the latest Kiss player DP-600. It makes the selected directory accessible for Kiss players. It can run either as a daemon or in the foreground. It can answer Kiss player queries for a PC-LINK server. It can disable UDP binding completely, so that it doesn't respond to Kiss player "looking for PC-LINK server" queries. The default server port can be overridden.
