DVTS (Digital Video Transport System) sends and receives DV data using the Internet. It consists of dvsend and dvrecv - dvsend receives DV data via IEEE1394, and sends it to dvrecv using IP, while dvrecv receives DV/RTP packets, and sends DV data using an IEEE1394 interface.
