QuickTile is a simple attempt to duplicate the basic functionality of WinSplit Revolution for users who don't like the Compiz Grid plugin. It should work on any X11 desktop with PyGTK 2.2+, a window manager that supports the modern range of NETWM hints, and (if you want internal keybinding) python-xlib.
Redshiftgui changes the color temperature of your monitor to better match that of your surrounding. This means that it sets a cooler color temperature during the daytime (due to natural lighting) and sets a warmer temperature at night (due to indoor lighting). Similar to f.lux, this is a GUI port of the redshift project.
SD SMS Master is an SMS-sending server. The Web server (master) contains the SMS Master itself. Clients (users) connect to the master and create orders. Orders contain a text to send and a list of numbers to send to. The master then connects to remote machines (slaves) and distributes the order numbers (+text) to all enabled phones on the slaves. The communication is one-way; incoming SMSes are not read.
Site Change Detection is a class that scans a directory to detect file changes. It performs an initial scan of a given directory and records the names and hashes of files found in a MySQL database. Subsequent scans detect any files that were added, changed, or deleted. The class can also setup the database tables to perform the initial configuration.
SyncWall is a basic wallpaper changer with a special feature, the ability to synchronize wallpaper changes between several workstations with a basic (and unsecured) client/server protocol. Each workstation must share the same pool of files, there is no FTP or Internet download. Other interesting features are simple multi-monitor support and the ability to add special effects to wallpaper.
SynchroDir is a backup and synchronization utility. Each backup is the subject of a recordable "backup project". This feature allows you to save projects corresponding to different computers, servers, external hard drives, USB keys, etc. You can also backup data of computer Y to computer Z from a controlling computer X. Each backup project includes an unlimited number of "jobs". At the end of the backup process, a log file is available. Each job has a source and a destination, each corresponding to a volume or a directory. The volume or directory must be "mounted", either locally or over the network.
