ColorExplorer is a tool for exploring the color space and finding out how colors, color names, and numerical color specifications are related. The user can specify a color by selecting its name from a list of color names, by adjusting sliders that control the mixture of red, green, and blue, by entering a numerical color specification, by copying it from the history list or elsewhere on the display, or by requesting a random color. The numerical specification of the current color and an example of that color are shown in a pair of adjacent boxes. The color name list may be searched by entering a regular expression or by requesting the closest match to the current color.

Vis/Space is a client-server system for visually exploring data structures in 3D virtual space. It allows the placement of various data sources in a three-dimensional environment. Custom search terms can be entered into a query field, or can be navigated to and from an existing object. All objects like images and "text screens" can be moved around. A single click on an image shows the full-resolution version in the foreground. Whole collections of images can be moved. A click to the cube also toggles among several different possible layouts. Data sources include search engines, microblogging, Wikipedia, image/video search, and 4chan.

pyratemp is probably (one of) the smallest complete template-engines for Python (with about 500 LOC). It has a very small set of special syntax in the templates. This reduces complexity and the probability of bugs and lead to an easy-to-use and intuitive user-interface. It uses embedded Python-expressions (in a "sandbox"), is well documented, has full Unicode-support, and produces very good error-messages, which is very useful when creating new templates.

Multixterm creates multiple xterms that can be driven together or separately. It can be used to login via SSH to multiple hosts and control them simultaneously, or for ad hoc things where you want to see the results as you type. Each xterm may also be driven separately. Multixterm is scriptable so that you can easily fire up, for example, a dozen xterms with a single command, tiled nicely on your screen. In addition to SSH, multixterm can drive rlogin, telnet, passwd, or any program that runs in an xterm.

jsVal is a JavaScript program used for validating HTML Forms on the client side. This allows HTML forms to be validated in the browser without having to send a request to a sever (PHP, ASP, Perl...). jsVals saves you from having to write complicated validations on server side as well as helping you avoid having to rebuild and repopulate the form when validation fails. The advantage versus other client side HTML form validators is the ease of use and flexibility you'll gain. jsVal fits the needs for most HTML Forms, and can be also easily be integrated with existing HTML Forms.
