Java Grinder takes Java byte-code from a class file and compiles it into an assembly code text file that can be assembled and run on microcontrollers and CPUs including MSP430, dsPIC, 6502 (Commodore 64), 68000, ARM, and MIPS. A Java API is provided for dealing with SPI, GPIO, Commodore 64 hardware, and more.
mbot is an IRC bot coded in C++. Its main advantage is that several bots can run simultaneously in the same process, making it ideal for shells where the background processes are limited, but not the connections. It also features IPv6 support, TCL scripting partially compatible with eggdrop, and lots of modules with the most commonly needed functions.
Libgta implements the Generic Tagged Arrays (GTA) file format. GTAs can store any kind of data in multidimensional arrays, optionally with simple tags to store rich metadata. GTAs are streamable and support mupltiple compression methods. Uncompressed GTAs allow easy out-of-core data access for very large arrays.

Armadillo is a C++ linear algebra library (matrix maths) aiming towards a good balance between speed and ease of use. The API is deliberately similar to Matlab's. Integer, floating point, and complex numbers are supported, as well as a subset of trigonometric and statistics functions. Various matrix decompositions are provided through optional integration with LAPACK and ATLAS numerics libraries. A delayed evaluation approach, based on template meta-programming, is used (during compile time) to combine several operations into one and reduce or eliminate the need for temporaries.
The klish is a framework for implementing Cisco-like command-line interfaces on Unix systems. It is configurable through XML files. "Klish" stands for "Kommand Line Interface SHell". The klish is a fork of clish-0.7.3. The original clish was developed by Graeme McKerrell. The klish adds some new features, but is compatible (as much as possible) with clish's XML configuration files.
Cego implements a relational and transactional database system with support for the SQL query language. The current release contains the most common database features for basic table manipulation and data retrieval. Indexes, foreign keys, views, and stored procedures are also implemented. Future releases (2.0 and above) will support a multi-node database concept with log file shipping for an automatic database application failover.
hamsterdb Embedded Storage is an embedded database engine written in ANSI-C. It includes B+Trees with variable length keys and records. It supports in-memory databases and endian-independent files, database cursors, multiple databases in one file, "record number" databases, and duplicate keys. hamsterdb is very fast and highly configurable. It compiles and runs on Unix platforms, Linux, Microsoft Windows, and Windows CE.
libcsdbg is a C++ exception stack tracer. When an exception is thrown, caught, and handled, libcsdbg offers the tools to create and process the exception stack trace, the path the exception has propagated up the call stack, unwinding it up to the section were it was handled. The traces are detailed with demangled function signatures and additional addr2line information (the source code file and line from which each function was called). libcsdbg can use all the well-known objective code file formats (a.out, elf, coff, ecoff, etc.) and can easily be used as the base for your own instrumentation code. libcsdbg transparently loads the symbol tables of the chosen dynamic libraries and of the executable, demangles function symbols to complete signatures, and binds function names to runtime addresses (even for the DSO symbols).
