Glossword is a system to publish dictionaries, glossaries, and encyclopedias. It features an installation wizard, support for multiple languages, visual themes, multi-domain installation, an administrative interface with multi-user support, built-in search and cache engines, the ability to export/import dictionaries in XML format, and W3C-validated code. Glossword is useful for any sort of dictionary-like content, including sites with game cheat codes, online translators, references, and various kinds of CMS solutions.

Doodle is a desktop search engine for Linux. It searches your hard drive for files using pattern matching on meta-data. It extracts file-format specific meta-data using libextractor and builds a suffix tree to index the files. The index can then be searched rapidly. It is similar to locate, but can take advantage of information such as ID3 tags. It is possible to do full-text indexing using the appropriate libextractor plugins. It also supports using FAM to keep the database up-to-date.

fpwdman manages a file of passwords that is accessed by one master passphrase. It can import and export password files and makes it possible for encrypted password files to easily be transferred across operating systems. It supports multiple password files, which could be used when a number set of system administrators share a site-wide file of passwords for common tasks, while each maintaining a file of personal passwords. It also exports and imports password files to and from plain text and optionally uses user-generated random entropy. The source includes two command lines tools to encrypt and decrypt: ensbc and desbc.

blah allows you to store frequently used text in a menu interface. When an item is selected from the menu the corresponding text is automatically placed into the clipboard. You can then use the paste feature in another application to transfer the text.

Sprog is a graphical tool that anyone can use to build programs by plugging parts together. In Sprog jargon, the parts are known as 'gears' and they are assembled to make a 'machine'. Gears are selected from a palette and dragged onto the Sprog workbench, where they can be connected together. Options can be set using a properties dialog on each gear. When assembly is complete, the machine can be run, reconfigured, or re-run.
