PySuite is a collection of Python Vim plugins. You need Vim compiled with python to use them. It includes: an outliner similar to TVO; a todo list manager; a project manager (load/unload by directory/project, make an outline of Python files, etc); a calendar that supports adding notes to dates; a plugin to track expenses and balances; a sortable table with fields separated by 2+ spaces; resize (set a list of main Vim window sizes and use two shortcuts to resize -/+); helpgrep (enter a few words and use :helpgrep cmd to search for them in any order); pystripdoc (make a copy of the buffer with stripped out Python docstrings and comments); pyfolddoc (fold Python docstrings and comments); and aligncode (align code by '=' or '#' chars).
Outliner Lighto is a console-based outliner/hierarchical editor. An outliner is used to edit an hierarchy of text (a tree with text in every node). This hierarchy can represent anything the user wants, like TODO lists, calendar, tasks, address book, bookmarks, etc. It is based on FreePascal's video and keyboard units.
LifeQuest is a tool that keeps track of what you need to do, and tells you what to do next. You simply enter the things you want to do, along with priority and date information, and LifeQuest does the rest. Unlike other to do list programs, it aims to minimise the amount of effort you spend entering information. It is also inspired by GTD, with contexts and projects to help you find things to do wherever you are or when there is a project you want to focus on. It is also designed to be motivational. Your to do list is a Quest, your projects are Adventures, and your contexts are Locations.
