pmcyg is a tool for creating customized collections of Cygwin packages together with the Cygwin installer. This enables self-contained distributions to be created without having to mirror the entire set of Cygwin packages. For example, it can create a single CD-ROM or DVD from which a personalized version of Cygwin can be installed on machines not connected to the Web. A basic installer can be created in less than 25MB; a full set of Cygwin packages might fill a DVD-ROM; or a selection of packages can be constructed to suit your chosen installation medium. pmcyg will then download these and all their dependencies automatically. pmcyg can be used either as a command-line script or via a simple graphical interface.

Minesweeper 3K is an original implementation of the classic game of Mines. Games can be saved and loaded. High scores are saved by level. The game is paused when the window loses focus. Several styles of the game are available, with the possibility to add new styles without having to change the code. The game is internationalized in five languages.

The TkinterTreectrl module wraps the treectrl Tk extension for use with Python/Tkinter. The treectrl widget allows you to create fancy things like sortable multi-column list boxes and hierarchical tree views in Tkinter. Grid Drafter is a lightweight utility for managing two-dimensional integer grids. It can handle either square or hexagonal grids. Pressing keys 0-9 sets the data to be stored in a cell when you click on it. Each number is displayed as a different color.
